Jeremy enjoys using his extensive construction experience and real estate knowledge to help real estate buyers make an informed buying decision. He helps all his buyers by providing information to them explaining the most efficient way to remodel their new home or condominium. He will show you which walls are load bearing and which ones are not, the most efficient way to add roof trusses to an existing roof and how to connect to all the existing utilities.
If building on a barrier island or other flood zone area, he can explain the requirements and help guide you through the complex process of building an elevated structure to meet the current FEMA regulations.
Jeremy is also actively working with real estate investors to locate and renovate distressed properties. These investment properties often offer double digit returns to his investors.
